JLV Tryout Evaluation & Player Selection System

A six-page system for evaluating soccer players and selecting a squad at 7v7 through 11v11 tryouts. The fillable PDF lets you type into the worksheets on a computer, or print them to write by hand.

Use the session log to score and note every player, then capture detailed evidence on the two-page player sheet. Rate technical, tactical, physical, and mentality traits against your team’s level, with a goalkeeper section when relevant. Assess position and role fit, record strengths and concerns, and use the squad board to compare team needs with your shortlist and final selections.

Includes: session log, player evaluation sheet (front and back), squad board, and quick reference.

Format: one 6-page, US Letter fillable PDF. Use a compatible PDF reader to type into the interactive fields, or print the pages for handwriting. A download link is delivered after purchase; no physical item is shipped.
