Squad IQ Support

Squad IQ is offered by Dean Rivers under the JOGALAVIDA brand. For help, email jogalavida@gmail.com with a short description of what you need and, if relevant, the email address associated with your account.

Getting started

Squad IQ helps adult coaches, managers and trainers organize teams, players, matchday details, training sessions, attendance and development records. Players do not create accounts or sign in.

Account and data

For help with signing in, updating your profile, accessing team information, or making a privacy request, contact jogalavida@gmail.com.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion from More › Account safety › Delete account in Squad IQ. The account locks immediately and is scheduled for purge no earlier than seven days later. You may cancel in the app while the request is pending and before its scheduled time.

The purge removes the account, owned organizations, their records and organization files. After completion or cancellation, a limited request-status and timing record without squad, roster, player, match, training, note, logo, photo or other ordinary account content remains for 90 days. Safety-stopped requests may remain for operator review, and operational logs or provider backups follow the separate schedules described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app, email jogalavida@gmail.com with the subject “Squad IQ account deletion” and the email address associated with your account.
